Easy Pizza Crust

Ingredients:
The pizza crust I made:

  • 1 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup hot water
Directions:


  1. In a bowl: Mix dry ingredients, let sit 5 minutes, and then add the hot water
  2. Mix with your hands until no flour is left (add more flour if you find it too sticky)
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes and then add it back to the bowl and cover with a kitchen towel. Let rest for at least one hour (not in your fridge)
  4. When it’s done resting, make two small or one big pizza!
  5. I baked mine on 250C/482F for 10 minutes
