Easy Pizza Crust

Ingredients:
The pizza crust I made:
- 1 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup hot water
Directions:
- In a bowl: Mix dry ingredients, let sit 5 minutes, and then add the hot water
- Mix with your hands until no flour is left (add more flour if you find it too sticky)
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes and then add it back to the bowl and cover with a kitchen towel. Let rest for at least one hour (not in your fridge)
- When it’s done resting, make two small or one big pizza!
- I baked mine on 250C/482F for 10 minutes
