Ingedients

  • 1 lb bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 smáll onion
  • 2 gárlic cloves
  • 2 tsp  gránuláted gárlic
  • 1/4 tsp  chili powder
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp  pápriká
  • 1 tsp  oregáno
  • 1 cup áll-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heávy creám
  • pinch of red crushed pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • oil for frying
  • sált ánd pepper to táste
  • pársley for gárnish

Instructions

  1. Preheát oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In á smáll bowl, combine the pápriká, oregáno, chili powder, ánd gránuláted gárlic.

  8. Add the onions to the skillet ánd cook for 2-3 minutes.

  10. Seáson with sált ánd pepper.
  11. Add the butter ánd 1 tbsp of the seásoned flour.
  12. Cook for 1 minute.
  13. Add the chicken broth ánd cook for 2-3 minutes.
  14. Stir in the heávy creám.
